Li Fang, Secretary of the Chemical Engineering Institute's Process Party Branch and Director of the Chemical Pharmaceutical Institute, along with on-site personnel from the Chemical Engineering Institute, attended the party branch meeting of Nengjian Green Hydrogen Ammonia New Energy (Songyuan) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Songyuan Company). They jointly studied the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party in depth, profoundly understood the decisive significance of the 'two establishments' under the correct leadership of the Group Party Committee, gathered ideological consensus, and pooled efforts to meet annual goals and tasks. They fully played the exemplary role of party members, adopting a fighting posture of 'starting with a sprint and entering the battle from the outset', to comprehensively implement the Group's 'Four New Energy Construction' strategic goals and 'Four Major Transformation' strategic tasks, ensuring that the annual work tasks of the China Energy Construction Songyuan Hydrogen Energy Industrial Park (green hydrogen ammonia integration) project are fully met.
Since the launch of the Songyuan project, leaders of the Chemical Engineering Institute have been closely monitoring the project's progress and gaining a deep understanding of its content, laying a solid foundation for the Chemical Engineering Institute's deep involvement in the Songyuan project. Under the leadership of Director Li Fang from the Chemical Pharmaceutical Institute, on-site personnel from the Chemical Engineering Institute have fully leveraged the technical advantages of the 'chemical engineering' attribute within the group, actively assisting Songyuan Company, the general contractor, and construction units in solving chemical engineering challenges and pain points. This has not only received full recognition from all parties involved but also highlighted the deep foundation of the Chemical Engineering Institute in the chemical field over many years.
Currently, the chemical portion of the Songyuan project is more than half completed, with all underground foundation construction in the plant area finished, and buildings such as the office building and hydrogen production workshop in the front area have been topped out; the foundation work for the new energy part is nearing completion, and the first wind turbine has been installed. Moving forward, the on-site personnel from the Chemical Engineering Institute, led by Director Li Fang, will continue to resolutely implement the Group's '1466' strategy and the Hunan Institute's '865' plan, contributing to the completion and production of the Songyuan project with full work enthusiasm and high-quality technical services, while also adding bricks to the Group and Hunan Institute's green energy transformation and development, and enhancing the green profile of the Chemical Engineering Institute in the field of 'energy + chemical engineering' integrated development.
