The Institute, established in 1958, boasts a proud 60-year history as a comprehensive survey and design institute with extensive technical strength. Our team is equipped with specialists in diverse fields including chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, construction, and municipal engineering. With robust technical expertise and complete professional support facilities, we ensure the highest standards in project execution. The Institute’s registered capital is RMB50 million, with fixed assets valued at RMB134.71 million, and we maintain excellent office facilities.
The Institute holds multiple Class A qualifications across engineering design and consulting in the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, construction, intelligent buildings, and municipal utilities sectors, including water supply, drainage, and gas (covering gas stations). We also provide light industry and mechanical engineering consulting, construction drawing review (specifically for municipal gas engineering), investment consulting in the industrial and commercial sectors, and general project contracting services. Additionally, we possess design licenses for Class I, II, and III pressure vessels, pressure piping, specialized environmental engineering qualifications, and more. Operating in 24 provinces domestically and six countries across Asia and Africa, we have accumulated extensive experience in identifying, analyzing, and evaluating occupational and environmental hazards in construction projects.
The Institute’s Safety Evaluation Center is a specialized organization dedicated to safety assessments for construction projects, with a qualification certificate number of APJ-(Xiang)-015, valid until June 18, 2025. The center’s scope covers Category 1 industries, including petroleum processing, chemical raw materials, chemical products, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. The center is led by Technical Director Pang Jusheng, with Process Controller Cao Wuchang. Zhong Yanming serves as the Director of the Safety Evaluation Center. Currently, we employ 26 certified safety assessors, comprising 6 Level 1, 8 Level 2, and 12 Level 3 assessors, along with 8 registered safety engineers. Our team of assessors brings a wide range of professional expertise: 10 are specialized in chemical engineering and technology, 5 in electrical engineering, 3 in safety, 2 in chemical machinery, and 1 each in water supply and drainage, instrumentation and automation, civil engineering, thermal energy engineering, labor hygiene, and electronic information. Several team members are part of the provincial expert pool and have extensive experience in evaluating and approving construction projects. They possess a thorough understanding of China’s occupational health and safety regulations and can independently conduct major occupational hazard investigations, risk analysis, and projections of hazard levels. Additionally, we employ several senior-level technical experts, establishing a comprehensive expert database to support safety evaluations nationwide.
