May's sunlight, Dragon Boat Festival is approaching. In Changsha in May, the air is filled with the fragrance of zongzi leaves. The Dongtang employee cafeteria of Power Construction Corporation of China Hunan Institute had already hung up mugwort and dragon boat-themed decorations early. On May 28th, this long-awaited "FUN Zong Yi Xia" national style food festival arrived with the aroma of cooking, to the anticipation of all employees! In this food festival, all employees of the chemical engineering institute were arranged for a special session at 12 noon to savor the delicacies.

On May 29, the Ministry of Emergency Management held a video training session on the "Safety Management Regulations for Fine Chemical Enterprises". The Chemical Engineering Institute organized a collective video training session in the academic report hall on the 22nd floor, with more than 80 people attending, including Deputy General Manager Yang Fangwen, heads of various departments, and relevant professionals.

On May 26, the preliminary design and budget review meeting for the 15,000-ton annual capacity mining chemical agent construction project of China Minmetals Changsha Chemical Technology (Hunan) Co., Ltd., undertaken by the Chemical Engineering Institute, was successfully held in Changsha. Yuan Zhuqin, Assistant General Manager and Dean of Municipal Engineering Institute, Zhong Yanming, Dean of Public Utilities and Equipment Institute, Qi Mingrui, Project Manager, and project team members attended the review meeting.

In mid-May, the Hebei Ji Heng Group Co., Ltd. Lantian Branch's new project for the construction of 40,000 tons of high-end water-soluble fertilizers and 40,000 tons of industrial potassium nitrate, designed by the Chemical Engineering Institute, successfully broke ground. This project is a strategic layout for Hebei Ji Heng Group to enter the new energy and new materials fields, and will provide strong support for the chemical industry layout of Hengshui High-tech Zone, receiving high attention from Hengshui City and the High-tech Zone.
