On March 24, Wang Donghua, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Changsha Municipal Bureau of Commerce, led a delegation that included Zhang Zenghui, Director of the Service Trade Division; Xu Guoxia, Deputy Director; and Luo Yi, Deputy Director of the Yuhua District Bureau of Commerce, to conduct a field visit and research tour of key service trade and service outsourcing enterprises in Yuhua District, as well as to review the relevant work of the Institute of Chemical Industry. Lin Zhiyong, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the Institute, along with Deputy General Manager Gong Hui and heads of relevant departments, held discussions with the delegation.

Attending the meeting and engaging in exchanges were Li Hui, a senior executive of the Hunan Institute; Gu Xianghu, Director of the Strategic Development Department; Xie Bin, Director of the Science and Technology Information Department; and the leadership team of the Chemical Engineering Institute.

The Public Equipment Division and the Safety Assessment Center held a 2026 Development Seminar.
On February 28, the Public Utilities Division of the Institute of Chemical Engineering, in collaboration with the Safety Assessment Center, jointly held a 2026 Development Seminar. The meeting focused on a comprehensive review of the 2025 work, identification of underlying issues, and formulation of action plans for 2026, thereby further clarifying the direction of development and strengthening collaborative efforts. Cai Rui, Executive General Manager of the Institute of Chemical Engineering, attended the meeting and delivered a concluding speech. Also in attendance were Zhong Yanming, Director of the Public Utilities Division and Director of the Safety Assessment Center; Wang Zheng, Deputy Director of the Public Utilities Division; and all members of the division’s various professional groups and the Safety Assessment Center.
