Recently, To continuously improve the engineering design level of the Chemical Engineering Institute and the effectiveness of compliance with laws, regulations, and standards, the Chemical Engineering Institute's "Effective Version Control List of Laws, Regulations, and Technical Standards" for 2025 has been repeatedly checked and revised by various professionals and approved for implementation by Zhou Niannan, Chief Engineer and Vice General Manager.
The revision of the 2025 standard list was highly valued by the leaders of the Chemical Engineering Institute and various production departments. The Science and Technology Quality Information Department organized the standard managers of 17 professional disciplines in the company, starting from February 12, to conduct a comprehensive and detailed check and revision of the laws and regulations in the 2024 list. A total of 217 newly released, revised, or previously omitted applicable laws and regulations were added, and 135 repealed, replaced, or inapplicable laws and regulations were deleted, making the 2025 list of laws and regulations and standard controls more suitable for business development needs.
The revision and release of the 2025 list reflects the continuous improvement of the technical standard management work of the Chemical Engineering Institute. The Chemical Engineering Institute will continue to organize the timely release of "newly released, repealed, and replaced standards" every quarter and organize various professionals to release the "effective version control list of professional laws, regulations, and technical standards" irregularly to ensure that each professional updates the standard list in a timely manner according to the standard implementation node date and continuously ensures the applicability and compliance of the Chemical Engineering Institute's engineering design with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.

It has accumulated rich engineering experience in the reliability, applicability, and safety of process flows, as well as the rationality, advancement, and different process technology routes, and has accumulated a large number of mature project achievements and related characteristic technologies in process package design and experimental device engineering.
