The School of Chemical Engineering successfully passed the first supervisory audit of the "Three Standards" management system in 2025.
From April 15th to 16th, the external audit team from the Hunan branch of Fangyuan Certification Group conducted a two-day initial surveillance audit of the Chemical Engineering Institute's "three standards" management system. The audit checked the Institute's fixed office spaces, management system documents, process controls, compliance with relevant laws, regulations and other requirements, and the implementation of internal audits and management reviews, all within the scope of the "three standards" management system. After rigorous review, it was determined that the Institute's "three standards" management system is operating effectively, continuously improving, and meets the requirements of the surveillance audit. The certification's continued validity was recommended.

According to the audit plan, the audit team conducted spot checks on the quality control management of the following projects: the consulting project "Hubei Ninglin New Materials Co., Ltd.'s 300,000-ton/year refined phosphoric acid project"; the design projects "Jiangmen Guangyue Electrochemicals Co., Ltd.'s 81,000-ton/year caustic soda relocation project," "Jinsha County Sauce Wine Industrial Park Southern Supporting Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant project," and "Hunan Xiangxiang Economic Development Zone West Green Chemical Zone Fire Station (Gas Prevention Station) project"; and the survey project "Hunan Fuhong Hydrogen Energy New Materials Co., Ltd.'s 4760-ton/year new energy new material project." A detailed inspection was also carried out on functional management departments and production departments.
Through on-site document review, interviews, observation, and sampling, the audit team collected a large amount of objective evidence and gave a high evaluation of the effective operation and continuous improvement of the company's management system.
