Lin Zhiyong gave a brief report on the Chemical Engineering Institute's development history, planning guidance, technological innovation, talent team building, management improvement, and production and operation. In the five years since joining the Hunan Institute, the Chemical Engineering Institute has adhered to planning guidance, technological innovation, exporting mature technologies, and integrated investment and operation, focusing on "solving problems with technology, solving development problems with the market, solving efficiency problems with production, solving brand problems with service, and establishing a high-performance corporate culture." It has achieved its five-year "three-step" plan and six major improvements. In 2025, under the strong leadership of the Party Committee of the Hunan Institute of China Energy Engineering, the Chemical Engineering Institute will implement the "energy + chemical" dual main business and green electricity, hydrogen, ammonia, and alcohol-driven development, adhering to the "five work treasures" and implementing the "6x5" work measures, focusing on breaking through the development "ceiling," vigorously implementing "three-precision management," strengthening the implementation of strategic execution, prioritizing cash and profits, establishing a high-target orientation, and achieving innovative and leapfrog development. Luo Zhi Di affirmed the development achievements of the Chemical Engineering Institute since joining the Hunan Institute and praised the institute's leapfrog development in the face of adverse conditions in the industry downturn in recent years, providing strong impetus and support for the implementation of the Hunan Institute's strategic goals.
