On April 17, Hunan Institute of Energy Construction of Power Construction Corporation of China and Jinsha County held a project promotion symposium. The meeting focused on the progress and future development plans of Hunan Institute's investment projects in Jinsha County, aiming to deepen government-enterprise cooperation. Zhao Fumei, chairman of the Jinsha County Political Consultative Conference and deputy secretary of the county government party group; Mao Zuxin, deputy secretary of the economic development zone party working committee; Liu Xia, nuclear energy committee consultant of Hunan Institute of Energy Construction of Power Construction Corporation of China; Cai Rui, executive general manager of the chemical engineering institute; and comrades from relevant departments attended the meeting.

Liu Xia first introduced the construction progress of the Jinsha County Economic Development Zone wastewater treatment plant project, the subsequent production and operation plan, and the problems that urgently need to be coordinated and resolved. He stated that Hunan Institute attaches great importance to cooperation with Jinsha County and will give full play to its technological advantages and resource integration capabilities to ensure that the project accelerates and increases efficiency, contributing to the optimization of the local energy structure and economic and social development.
Zhao Fumei affirmed Hunan Institute's contribution to the construction of the Jinsha County Economic Development Zone wastewater treatment plant project. She emphasized that this project is a key support for high-quality development in the county and requested that all departments fully cooperate with the company's needs through a "specialized team promotion and list-based implementation" mechanism. She also hoped that the company would continue to leverage its technological advantages to deepen cooperation in more areas in the future, jointly creating a benchmark for government-enterprise cooperation.
The Jinsha County Economic Development Zone wastewater treatment plant project is a powerful measure to implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's scientific assertion that "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets," a key project in building Jinsha County's ecological civilization, and a key to promoting the development of Hunan Institute's "Green Water Strategy".
