To deepen the study and implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and to encourage young employees to strive for excellence in the crucial year of completing the 14th Five-Year Plan and preparing for the 15th Five-Year Plan, on April 18th, 2025, on the eve of the May 4th Youth Day, the Youth League Committee of the Chemical Engineering Institute organized a youth study and research activity themed "Me and Us Youth Study." Deputy General Manager Yang Fangwen and Assistant General Manager Yuan Zhuqin provided guidance throughout the event. Secretary of the Youth League Committee Li Zhenhua led more than 40 young employees under the age of 30 to visit the former residence of Ren Bishi, Yueyang Tower, and two chemical enterprises in Yueyang for study and observation. This activity used red education to forge the soul and on-site learning to empower, uniting the youthful forces for high-quality development.

In the morning, all personnel traveled to Ren Bishi's former residence and visited the Ren Bishi Memorial Hall, learning about the Party's struggle through precious historical materials, deeply understanding the lofty character of Comrade Ren Bishi's "camel spirit", and strengthening the foundation of their ideals and beliefs. 
Understanding the millennium cultural context and sharpening the original intention of striving forward. In the afternoon, the team visited the ancient Yueyang Tower, overlooking Dongting Lake. Through on-site study and research, they understood the lofty spirit of "worrying about the world before others and enjoying happiness after others". Everyone expressed their intention to transform the national feelings of "worrying before enjoying" into practical actions of dedicating themselves to their posts and making contributions to the company's high-quality and leapfrog development.
Benchmarking against the forefront of the industry and stimulating innovation. The afternoon's itinerary focused on industrial practice. The team visited Changde New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. and Yueyang Jingjia Chemical Co., Ltd. in groups for on-site learning, gaining an in-depth understanding of the operation of the factory area designed by our institute, and conducting in-depth exchanges with the owner's technical team. This on-site visit and study was both a test of the design results and a vivid practice of production-research integration. The young engineers further strengthened their quality awareness and service concepts, accumulating valuable experience to improve their design level and promote the development of the enterprises. 
Sharing growth insights and building a consensus for development. At the symposium, young employees shared their experiences based on their daily observations, expressing that young people in the new era should not only inherit the red gene but also cultivate strong skills and realize their self-worth in serving the national strategy and the development of the enterprise. Li Zhenhua reviewed this team building activity, indicating that everyone gained a lot, transforming blueprints into actual scenes, continuously enhancing their professional abilities, and improving their comprehensive qualities. Yuan Zhuqin encouraged young employees to actively participate in the company's production and operation, stating that "practical action leads to national prosperity, while empty talk leads to national ruin", emphasizing the importance of achieving results. Yang Fangwen summarized based on his own experience, pointing out that "in the knowledge economy era, learning ability is the core competitiveness. No matter what position you are in, as long as you persist in learning, you will surely gain something." He also stated that the company will continue to improve its training system, provide more opportunities for employees to learn on-site projects, and create good conditions for employee growth.
This themed team building activity, through a three-dimensional model of "red study and research + cultural immersion + on-site return visits", achieved the dual goals of ideological refinement and ability improvement. The company will also continue to deepen "Youth University Learning", guiding young employees to write a glorious chapter in the company's high-quality and leapfrog development.
