To implement the spirit of the CPC Central Committee and China Energy Engineering Group Corporation on establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievements, and in accordance with the requirements of the learning and education campaign at the Hunan Institute of China Energy Engineering Group Corporation, the Party Committee of the Chemical Engineering Institute organized a study-and-education activity on fostering and upholding a correct view of political achievements in Xinhua from June 27 to 28. Recently, the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban–Rural Development organized a professional development training course for fire‑safety review personnel in construction projects across the province, scheduled for 2026. Nearly 60 key officials responsible for fire‑safety review work and senior staff from the housing and urban–rural development departments of the province’s 14 cities and prefectures, as well as the Xiangjiang New Area, attended the program. Kang Wenbin, Director of the Second Division of Chemical Engineering at the Institute of Chemical Industry, was invited as an industry expert to deliver a special lecture, sharing insights on source‑level control strategies and practical engineering experience in the fire‑safety review process for petrochemical and chemical projects.
