In mid-May, the Hebei Ji Heng Group Co., Ltd. Lantian Branch's new project for the construction of 40,000 tons of high-end water-soluble fertilizers and 40,000 tons of industrial potassium nitrate, designed by the Chemical Engineering Institute, successfully broke ground. This project is a strategic layout for Hebei Ji Heng Group to enter the new energy and new materials fields, and will provide strong support for the chemical industry layout of Hengshui High-tech Zone, receiving high attention from Hengshui City and the High-tech Zone.

On May 19, Guizhou Phosphate Group, together with China Energy Engineering Hunan Institute and several other units, held the first design coordination meeting for the Kaiyang County "phosphorus-sulfur-titanium-copper-iron-lithium-fluorine" coupled cycle integration project. The meeting focused on breakthroughs in the key challenges of the current stage of the project, reaching several consensus on core issues such as the general layout, logistics and transportation, and public works coordination, laying a solid foundation for the high-quality advancement of the project. More than 40 people attended the meeting, including Liu Songlin, member of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of Phosphate Group; Wen Hui, executive deputy group leader of the Kaiyang project team/chairman of Wengfu Dazhou; Liu Lifeng, deputy group leader; and Chen Zhongyang, deputy general manager of Kailiang Shares. Cai Rui, executive general manager of the Chemical Engineering Institute, and relevant professional heads attended the meeting as the general institute and gave a keynote report.

To thoroughly implement the national strategic deployment of promoting prefabricated buildings and enhance the professional capabilities and practical level of the Architectural Institute (BIM Center) in the field of prefabricated buildings, on May 19, the Architectural Institute (BIM Center) organized a training session themed "Exchange on Prefabricated Building Policies and Suitability Demonstration Reports." This training focused on in-depth discussions and exchanges on aspects such as the policy orientation of prefabricated buildings, the requirements of Hunan Province's prefabricated building policies, the suitability demonstration of two actual projects, and the implementation methods of prefabricated buildings for chemical projects.

From April 15th to 16th, the external audit team from the Hunan branch of Fangyuan Certification Group conducted a two-day initial surveillance audit of the Chemical Engineering Institute's "three standards" management system. The audit checked the Institute's fixed office spaces, management system documents, process controls, compliance with relevant laws, regulations and other requirements, and the implementation of internal audits and management reviews, all within the scope of the "three standards" management system. After rigorous review, it was determined that the Institute's "three standards" management system is operating effectively, continuously improving, and meets the requirements of the surveillance audit. The certification's continued validity was recommended.
