This project is a strategic layout for Hebei Ji Heng Group to enter the new energy and new materials fields, and will provide strong support for the chemical industry layout of Hengshui High-tech Zone, receiving high attention from Hengshui City and the High-tech Zone.

The new 40,000-ton high-end water-soluble fertilizer and 40,000-ton industrial potassium nitrate project of the Lantian Branch was successfully launched. This project is a strategic layout for Hebei Ji Heng Group to enter the field of new energy and new materials, and will provide strong support for the chemical industry layout of Hengshui High-tech Zone, attracting great attention from Hengshui City and the High-tech Zone.
Hebei Ji Heng Group Co., Ltd. is a large-scale comprehensive enterprise group mainly engaged in the manufacturing of chemical raw materials and chemical products. Headquartered in Hengshui City, Hebei Province, its business covers disinfectants, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and fertilizers. It is a leading disinfectant production base in Asia and an important production base for analgesic and antipyretic raw materials in China. The total investment of this project is approximately 250 million yuan, with a construction land area of approximately 80 mu and involving 11 units. Among them, two main workshops for potassium nitrate production and drying and packaging will be newly built, and the public auxiliary engineering will rely on the existing facilities of the factory area.
For many years, the Chemical Engineering Institute has been guided by technology, quality, progress, and comprehensive services, building one project, establishing one monument, and setting an industry benchmark. It achieves win-win cooperation and common development with investors. During the project construction process, with the professional and dedicated spirit of “it’s early even if it’s late today, and it’s late even if it’s early tomorrow”, it carries out full-process systematic planning and technical control, and lists detailed roadmaps, schedules, professional cooperation procedures, and key and difficult points of technological breakthroughs for relevant projects. The technical team of the Ji Heng Lantian high-end water-soluble fertilizer and industrial potassium nitrate project of the Chemical Engineering Institute closely cooperated with various related professionals, overcame numerous difficulties, actively challenged the impossible, put pressure on themselves, and worked against the clock. Within one month, they completed the construction drawing review and safety special review work for all units of the project. The team's tacit cooperation has been highly praised by the owner, which is a microcosm of the Chemical Engineering Institute's adherence to the "service first" principle in project technology, quality, and progress. As of now, the underground piles and foundation pits have been completed at the project site, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent progress of the project.

For many years, it has been deeply engaged in potassium nitrate and high-purity potassium nitrate chemical process technology, and in the field of potassium nitrate and high-purity potassium nitrate process technology, it continuously iterates and upgrades, and continuously leads the country in engineering design, winning the proprietary technology of "New Process - One-step Production of High-Purity Potassium Nitrate by Magnesium Nitrate Oxidation" (ZYJS2020-018S): Based on this proprietary technology, the design of Shandong Tianyu New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.'s 55,000-ton/year nitric acid and 50,000-ton/year potassium nitrate project was successfully started up. As of May 2025, the device has reached its designed capacity and standards, and the product specific consumption is lower than the industry average. A large number of potassium nitrate and high-purity potassium nitrate projects have been put into production and are under construction: Hubei Jinyuan Chemical Co., Ltd.'s 25,000-ton/year potassium nitrate project, Tonggu County Guotai Technology Co., Ltd.'s annual production of 45,000 tons of agricultural potassium nitrate and 50,000 tons of nitric acid production project, Chongqing Huaqiang Ecological Fertilizer Co., Ltd.'s environmental relocation 30,000-ton/year potassium nitrate project, Shandong Tianyu New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.'s 55,000-ton/year nitric acid and 50,000-ton/year potassium nitrate project, Sanmenxia Jinhua New Materials Co., Ltd.'s red mud and circulating mother liquor system for recovering crude potassium salt comprehensive utilization project, Sanmenxia Jinchuang New Materials Co., Ltd.'s 40,000-ton/year crude potassium salt purification project. Especially the ongoing project Sanmenxia Jinhua New Materials Co., Ltd.'s red mud and circulating mother liquor system for recovering crude potassium salt comprehensive utilization project, and Sanmenxia Jinchuang New Materials Co., Ltd.'s 40,000-ton/year crude potassium salt purification project are in the intensive installation phase. The process research and development of this project is a deep integration of chemical engineering and metallurgy (aluminum oxide) industries. The application of this process technology can effectively recover and utilize the potassium element in the circulating mother liquor during aluminum oxide production, fully improving resource utilization rate, enhancing the economic benefits and quality of enterprises. After the project is completed and put into production, it will surely establish another demonstration brand effect in the industry!
