June 12, Power Construction Corporation of China Hunan Institute Luo Jianbo, deputy general manager of Hunan Institute, and his team visited the construction site of the Huangjiao Gou Wastewater Treatment Plant project in Renhuai City, Guizhou Province to inspect and guide the work, and to promote the project's final stage. Cai Rui, executive general manager of the Chemical Engineering Institute, accompanied the inspection.
In the morning, the supervision team went deep into the construction site to inspect the progress of key units such as the bioreactor and secondary sedimentation tank, focusing on equipment installation and commissioning, process pipeline connection, and safe and civilized construction. Currently, the project's image progress has been basically completed, the equipment installation completion rate has reached 97%, the unit commissioning completion rate has exceeded 90%, and it has entered the joint commissioning and testing sprint stage. Luo Jianbo inquired in detail about the construction difficulties and commissioning preparation work, and highly affirmed the fighting spirit of the on-site construction personnel in fighting the high temperature and seizing the construction period.
After returning to the project department meeting room from the site, a special meeting was held. Luo Jianbo expressed his recognition of the project's progress and the team's execution, and gave important instructions:
1. Raise the position and solidify the responsibility
We must deeply understand the importance of wastewater treatment plants as people's livelihood projects and ecological projects, and ensure that the project is delivered on schedule with a high sense of political responsibility, empowering urban environmental governance and green development.
2. Ensure both quality and progress
We must focus on the remaining equipment installation and commissioning work, strictly control process parameters and operational stability, ensure that the effluent water quality meets the standards 100%; simultaneously improve the completion documents, and strengthen the closed-loop management of contract fulfillment.
3. Strictly adhere to the bottom line of safety and environmental protection
Focus on risk points such as high-temperature operations, road traffic (management of in-plant transport vehicles), and fire operations, implement measures to "prevent heatstroke, prevent leakage, and prevent hidden dangers"; strengthen environmental protection contingency plans, prevent wastewater leakage, and ensure the entire process is legal and compliant.
4. Coordinate the promotion of commissioning and maintenance connection
In advance, coordinate with the operating unit to participate in commissioning, optimize equipment operating parameters, and lay a solid foundation for long-term stable operation in the future.
Currently, after the completion of the Huangjiao Gou Wastewater Treatment Plant project in Renhuai City, the daily processing capacity will reach 4000m3, serving the Maotai Town sauce wine industry, and will significantly improve the wastewater treatment capacity in the Renhuai City area, providing a solid guarantee for protecting clear water and building an ecological and livable city. The project department will work together to strictly implement the group's instructions, promote the completion work with a "decisive battle posture", ensure that the joint commissioning is completed and the water supply conditions are met before the end of June, and strive to create a benchmark project that is "reassuring to the government and satisfactory to the people".
