
Institute of Chemical Engineering Invited to Participate in Seminar on Implementing Prefabricated Construction Methods for Industrial Buildings in the Chemical Industry
In recent years, the entire province has vigorously promoted prefabricated buildings, especially setting incrementally increasing target tasks for their area proportion. Although positive results have been achieved, some challenges in practice still need to be addressed. To promote the standardized, integrated, and industrialized development of prefabricated buildings, and to achieve the transformation, upgrading, and sustainable healthy development of the traditional construction industry, on June 16, the Chemical Engineering Institute was invited to participate in a seminar on the implementation of prefabricated construction methods for chemical industrial buildings, organized by the Hunan Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. The meeting was presided over by Jiang Lin, head of the Technology and Design Department of the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

设计处黄婕介绍了会议内容及背景情况,传达了省委省政府关于落实装配式建筑的要求,并指出现行《装配式建筑评价标准》(GB/T51129)规范的是民用房屋和市政工程,未针对化工、冶金等特殊行业制定差异化指标,无法为一些企业做到“量体裁衣”。为落实《湖南省装配式建筑产业倍增2025年度重点工作计划》相关要求,组织化工类建筑装配式建造方式研讨,促进工业类装配式建筑高质量发展。
坚决落实新政策,装配领域创辉煌。化工院结合化工类项目建筑功能组成,对我院装配式建筑实施情况进行了汇报,近三年省内装配式建筑实施情况如下:2022年实施装配式项目共6个,装配式建筑面积为:2.79万平米,最高装配率达61%;2023年实施装配式项目共3个,装配式建筑面积为:0.96万平米,最高装配率达70%;2024年实施装配式项目共3个,装配式建筑面积为:4.59万平米,最高装配率达71%,以上所有项目类型均为工业建筑,在装配形式上均采用装配式钢结构。同时我院会进一步落实《湖南省装配式建筑发展提升三年行动方案(2024-2026年)》的通知、《关于推动智能建造与新型建筑工业化协同绿色低碳高质量发展行动方案》、《长沙市新型建筑工业化评价管理工作实施办法(试行)》等文件精神,执行好装配式建筑相关政策和要求。
专家交流破困境,工业装配开新篇。与会专家充分讨论了化工类建筑项目的特殊性,在装配式建造方面遇到的一些难题,如楼板开洞率高且不规则;多数单体建筑面积小于3000㎡;随着生产工艺和设备更新换代,工艺流程变化、设备布置调整,原有建筑需要进行改造加固;标准化程度低等问题,按照现行湖南省装配式建筑评价标准难以达到装配式建筑的要求。我院与标准编制组专家进行了深入交流,专家组提出针对化工类项目按不同建筑单体分类进行装配式建筑评价的建议,制定工业类建筑装配式评价办法。
本次会议结合典型化工园区装配式实施情况,装配式建筑评价标准编制单位与工业类设计院共同研讨,切实解决化工类项目在装配式建造方面的难点,并提出了针对性的解决办法,为进一步推动工业类建筑实施装配式建造打下了坚实基础。我院将以本次会议为契机,进一步提升装配式技术能力,为推动我省绿色化装配式建筑发展做出应有的贡献。
