Building consensus for development and forging ahead with determination to write a new chapter—The Institute of Chemical Engineering held a symposium on the development of the First and Second Divisions of Chemical Engineering.

To thoroughly implement the Chemical Engineering Institute’s strategic plan for 2026 and further align thinking and build consensus, following the Institute’s 2026 Development Seminar and Work Conference, the Chemical Engineering Institute organized a symposium on the development of its First and Second Chemical Engineering Divisions on February 11. Attendees included company leaders, representatives from the Business Planning Department, heads of departments from the First and Second Chemical Engineering Divisions, and team leaders from various specialized fields.

To thoroughly implement the spirit of the Hunan Institute’s 2026 Work Conference, on February 9, the Chemical Engineering Institute solemnly held the 2026 Work Conference and the 2025 Summary and Awards Ceremony in the Academic Lecture Hall on the 22nd floor. The conference was attended by company leaders, heads of various departments, and all employees. The meeting was chaired by Zhou Niannan, Chief Engineer and Deputy General Manager, as well as Chairman of the Trade Union.

The Institute of Chemical Engineering held its 2026 Work Conference and the 2025 Summary and Awards Ceremony.

To implement the spirit of the Hunan Institute’s 2026 Work Conference, on February 9, the Institute of Chemical Engineering held its 2026 Work Conference and 2025 Summary & Awards Ceremony in the Grand Conference Hall on the 22nd floor of the China Energy Construction Dongtang Building. The conference was attended by company leaders, heads of various departments, and all employees. The meeting was chaired by Zhou Nian’nan, Chief Engineer and Deputy General Manager, as well as Chairman of the Trade Union.

The Institute of Chemical Engineering held a 2026 Development Seminar.

On February 6, to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 2026 Work Conference of China Energy Engineering Group Hunan Institute and to help the Chemical Engineering Institute get off to a good start during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, thereby promoting high-quality development in 2026, the Chemical Engineering Institute held a 2026 Development Seminar. More than 40 participants, including members of the institute’s leadership team, heads and deputy heads of various departments, and department assistants, attended the meeting, which was chaired by Lin Zhiyong, Party Secretary and General Manager.

The Institute of Chemical Engineering organized and held the kickoff meeting for the preliminary design of the integrated “Phosphorus-Titanium-Iron-Lithium” coupling project in Kaiyang, Guizhou.

On January 16, the Institute of Chemical Engineering organized a kickoff meeting for the preliminary design of the utility engineering (Phase I) of the “Phosphorus-Titanium-Iron-Lithium” coupled-cycle integrated project in Kaiyang, Guizhou. The meeting brought together representatives from clients—including Phosphorus & Chemicals Zhonghe, Zhonghe Phosphorus, Phosphorus & Chemicals Zhongkeng, and CNNC Titanium Dioxide—as well as several design institutes to discuss the project’s progress. Cai Rui, Executive General Manager of the Institute of Chemical Engineering, delivered the keynote speech on behalf of the overall design institute, while Wen Hui, Executive Deputy Head of the Kaiyang Project Preparatory Team and Party Secretary and Chairman of both Phosphorus & Chemicals Zhonghe and Phosphorus & Chemicals Zhongkeng at Guizhou Phosphorus Group, gave the concluding remarks.
