On June 23, in order to thoroughly implement the Chemical Engineering Institute’s “high-quality development” philosophy and effectively enhance young process engineers’ awareness of design quality and their professional technical capabilities, the Institute organized a specialized training session on design‑quality review and capability enhancement for newly hired process engineers over the past five years. The training was led by Kang Wenbin, Director of the Second Division of the Chemical Engineering Institute, and was attended by process‑engineering professionals who joined the Institute within the last five years from both the First and Second Divisions.

At noon on June 12, China Energy Engineering Group Hunan Institute hosted the “Breeze of Flavor: Summer Party” — part of the 2026 Food Festival — at the Dongtang Building’s restaurant. Amidst the eager anticipation of all cadres and employees, the event made a vibrant, lively debut, brimming with the warmth of shared moments. All staff members of the Chemical Engineering Institute gathered together to savor this season‑only summer feast.

On June 6, to enrich employees’ cultural lives, strengthen team spirit, improve physical fitness, and foster a healthy, positive corporate culture, the Chemical Engineering Institute’s trade union organized the “Ride the Horse, Swing the Racket, Craft the Blueprint” 2026 Employee Badminton Tournament. Lin Zhiyong, Party Secretary and General Manager of the company; Zhou Nannan, Chairman of the Trade Union, Chief Engineer, and Deputy General Manager; and Deputy General Manager Gong Hui attended the event and took part in the competition. Teams from the institute’s various branches and departments formed four joint squads, with more than 70 staff members and cheerleaders participating in the activities.
