From July 8th to 11th, to help the new employees adapt to the work environment, integrate into the corporate culture, and improve their professional skills, the Chemical Engineering Institute carefully organized a comprehensive and in-depth four-day new employee training program.

July's brilliance, new feathers fully grown; the Chemical Engineering Institute welcomes the class of 2025, a group of new employees brimming with dreams and passion. They are like a fresh infusion of blood, injecting new vitality into the future development of the institute. From July 8th to 11th, to help these new employees adapt to the work environment, integrate into the corporate culture, and enhance their professional skills, the institute meticulously organized a comprehensive and in-depth four-day new employee training program.
In accordance with the institute's development and related talent needs, the Chemical Engineering Institute continues to increase its efforts in talent recruitment. In the past year, 19 people have been recruited, including 5 from social recruitment and 14 from the class of 2025 graduates. A remarkable 14 are chemical engineering majors. This represents a large-scale recruitment of graduate students, particularly those in chemical engineering, for three consecutive years. The overall quality of the recruited students is high, with a large number coming from top domestic universities, including those designated as 'Double First-Class' universities, 985 and 211 universities, and strong engineering schools.
Part 01——Starting the Job, Beginning to Build Dreams
On July 8th, the new employee training program for the class of 2025 officially commenced. Company leaders extended a warm welcome to the new employees and emphasized the importance of this training. In the first session after the opening ceremony, Office Director Yan Ping gave a detailed introduction to the company's situation and relevant regulations, covering important content such as registration examinations and professional title evaluations; Information Center Director Duan Xiaobo explained the Information Center's computer management regulations and network security knowledge. Li Yong, chief engineer of the Technology, Quality, and Information Department, provided training on the three-standard management system. Through clear explanations and case studies, new employees gained a deep understanding of quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems.
Part 02——Passing on Knowledge and Skills, Empowering Growth
The professional knowledge training sessions included a variety of courses. On the morning of July 9th, Deputy Chief Engineer Li Yuehua provided introductory training on professional skills. This training, starting from daily work, imparted practical work techniques and methods to help new employees adapt to the transition from campus to workplace. New employees actively asked questions, frequently interacting with the lecturer, creating a strong learning atmosphere.
Part 03——Exchange and Discussion, Talking about the Future
On the afternoon of July 9th, the Chemical Engineering Institute held a welcome meeting for new employees. Attending leaders included Party Secretary and General Manager Lin Zhiyong, Chief Engineer and Deputy General Manager Zhou Niannan, and Deputy General Manager Yang Fangwen. Everyone gathered together for face-to-face exchanges with the leaders. Company leaders, relevant department heads, and employee representatives offered words of encouragement to the new employees, sharing their experiences and guiding them toward future development. The leaders' speeches made the new employees feel the company's care and expectations, strengthening their confidence in their development within the company.
Part 04——On-site Exploration, Broadening Horizons
On July 10th, the new employees visited the Yueyang Linxiang Chemical Park, touring Weimo New Materials and Qunrun New Materials, two chemical companies designed by the institute. Kang Wenbin, director of the Second Branch of Chemical Engineering, Office Director Yan Ping, and others led the new employees to the production front lines to learn about the production processes, equipment operation, and safety management of chemical enterprises, and engaged in discussions with relevant technical personnel. Through these exchanges, the new employees combined theoretical knowledge with actual production, gaining a more intuitive and in-depth understanding of the chemical engineering design industry and broadening their professional perspectives.
Part 05——Training Reflections, Abundant Harvest
With the successful completion of the training, the class of 2025 new employees officially embarked on their professional journey at the Chemical Engineering Institute. They will use their enthusiasm, solid professional knowledge, and teamwork spirit to shine in their respective positions, contributing their wisdom and strength to the company's development.
