On July 9, the Chemical Engineering Institute held a welcome meeting for new employees. Party Secretary and General Manager Lin Zhiyong, Chief Engineer and Deputy General Manager Zhou Niannan, Deputy General Manager and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee Yang Fangwen, heads of relevant departments, representatives of young employees, and all new employees attended the meeting.

On July 9th, the Chemical Engineering Institute held a welcome meeting for new employees. Party Secretary and General Manager Lin Zhiyong, Chief Engineer and Deputy General Manager Zhou Niannan, Deputy General Manager and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee Yang Fangwen, heads of relevant departments, representatives of young employees, and all new employees attended the meeting.
Based on the development of the Chemical Engineering Institute and related talent needs, the Institute has continuously increased its efforts in attracting talent. In the past year, 19 people have been recruited, including 5 from social recruitment, 14 from the graduating class of 2025, and 14 majoring in chemical engineering. This represents a large-scale recruitment of graduate students, particularly those specializing in chemical engineering, for three consecutive years. These recruits are from top universities in China, with high academic qualifications.
At the meeting, new employees introduced themselves and expressed their wishes to focus on their positions, actively learn, work hard, quickly integrate into the work and life of the Chemical Engineering Institute, and contribute to its development. Two young employee representatives shared their growth and work experiences and offered words of encouragement. Heads of relevant departments introduced the basic situations of their respective departments, focusing on the specific measures taken in the department's training mechanism, allowing new employees to have a more comprehensive understanding of the departments.
Company leaders Zhou Niannan and Yang Fangwen, drawing on their more than 30 years of experience in the chemical industry, offered encouragement and expectations to new employees based on the characteristics of technical positions, covering production, design, and responsibility. They emphasized improving professional skills, maintaining good work habits, and establishing a strong sense of service to become technical backbones of the company early on. They also put forward the following requirements: First, Continuously learn and accelerate transformation to become engineers who can apply what they learn; Second, Respect responsibility, strengthen commitment, and be a service provider who is both compliant and considerate; Third, Work together sincerely and collaboratively to be a team member with seamless communication.
Party Secretary and General Manager Lin Zhiyong delivered a summary speech, extending a warm welcome to the newly hired employees on behalf of the Chemical Engineering Institute's Party Committee. He introduced the current external industry situation and the overall development of the Institute in recent years. The original chemical engineering and pharmaceutical institute under the process department has expanded into three departments: the Chemical Engineering Planning Research Institute, the First Chemical Engineering Institute (Hydrogen Energy and Carbon Neutrality Business Department), and the Second Chemical Engineering Institute (Biopharmaceutical Studio). He also put forward several expectations for the new employees: First, The company has high expectations for new employees.
