Hunan Chemical Design Institute Co., Ltd. (formerly Hunan Chemical Pharmaceutical Design Institute) was established in 1958, originally known as the Design Institute of Hunan Provincial Bureau of Chemical and Petroleum Industry, Hunan Provincial Department of Chemical Industry, and Hunan Chemical Industry Design Institute; in 2001, it merged with the original Hunan Provincial Pharmaceutical Design Institute to form Hunan Chemical Pharmaceutical Design Institute; in 2017, it joined Hunan Xiangtou Holding Group; as a national pilot unit for the third batch of mixed ownership reform by China Energy Construction Group Hunan Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd., our institute became one of its affiliated enterprises in April 2020, relying on the central enterprise platform to welcome new opportunities for significant development. In 2022, the Hunan Provincial Energy Bureau established the Hunan Provincial Oil and Gas Development Research Institute based on our institute, positioning it as a consulting agency and decision-making think tank for the Hunan Provincial Energy Bureau, providing comprehensive services for the development strategy of oil and gas in Hunan Province.

Our institute is a provincial-level design institute for the chemical, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical industries, a national high-tech enterprise, a "Graduate Joint Training Base" for the integration of production and education in the province, a consulting agency and decision-making think tank for oil and gas in Hunan Province (Hunan Provincial Oil and Gas Development Research Institute), and a comprehensive integrated technical consulting agency for various planning, consulting, evaluation, and diagnosis in chemical parks. We have: Class A engineering consulting; Class A engineering design: Class A for the entire chemical, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical industries, Class A for the construction industry (construction engineering), Class A for the municipal industry (water supply, drainage, urban gas) specialty, Class A for building intelligent systems; qualifications as a safety evaluation agency for the chemical, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical industries; design licenses for special equipment such as pressure vessels and pressure pipelines; and are the first Class A institute and review agency for municipal engineering (gas) construction drawing design document review in Hunan Province; we are also the hosting (editing) unit for the national science and technology journal "Chemical Design Communications" (first batch of recognized academic journals, established in 1975).

Planning and Architecture Institute: 1 in General Layout Transportation (Traffic Engineering)

Public Equipment Institute: 1 in Process Control Equipment (Chemical Equipment)

Safety Evaluation Center: 1 in Safety Evaluation (Chemical and Pharmaceutical)

General Contracting Project Site Management: 2 in Chemical Process Installation, 2 in Civil Construction

3. Recruitment Requirements

1. A full-time bachelor's degree or above is required, with priority given to registered engineers, graduate students, or those with relevant design experience in the same position.

2. Good professional ability and learning ability are required, with excellent academic performance during school.

3. Graduate students are required to have the same or similar majors at the undergraduate and master's levels.

4. Personnel in the above-required majors will engage in engineering design or general contracting project management work after joining the institute.

   (For the oil and gas storage and transportation major, a master's degree is required, and after joining the institute, they will engage in oil and gas planning, policy consulting, and research work.)

5. Information Center professional requirements: proficient in the installation, debugging, and maintenance of computer hardware and surrounding office equipment, familiar with the debugging, configuration, and parameter settings of servers, network devices, routers, firewalls, VPNs, etc., and relatively familiar with the management and maintenance of computer systems, virtual machine systems, commonly used office software, and databases, as well as network construction and maintenance; must possess the professional or skill conditions required for the position and be able to independently and proficiently carry out work in this field.

4. Salary and Benefits

Salary composition: salary consists of wages plus performance, including position salary, performance bonus, title allowance, and professional qualification allowance.
