From April 15th to 16th, the Hunan branch of the Fangyuan Certification Group's external audit team conducted a two-day initial surveillance audit of the Chemical Engineering Institute's "three-standard" management system. The audit checked the Institute's "three-standard" management system's coverage of fixed office spaces, management system documents, process control, compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and other requirements, and the implementation of internal audits and management reviews. After rigorous review, it was determined that the Institute's "three-standard" management system operates effectively, continuously improves, meets the requirements of the surveillance audit, and is recommended for continued validity of certification.

Carrying forward the red gene and uniting the strength of youth. To deepen the study and implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and to encourage young employees to strive for excellence in the crucial year of completing the 14th Five-Year Plan and preparing for the 15th Five-Year Plan, on April 18th, 2025, on the eve of the May 4th Youth Day, the Youth League Committee of the Chemical Engineering Institute organized a youth study and research activity themed "Me and Us Youth Study." Deputy General Manager Yang Fangwen and Assistant General Manager Yuan Zhuqin provided guidance throughout the event. Secretary of the Youth League Committee Li Zhenhua led more than 40 young employees under the age of 30 to visit the former residence of Ren Bishi, Yueyang Tower, and two chemical enterprises in Yueyang for study and observation. This activity used red education to forge the soul and on-site learning to empower, uniting the youthful forces for high-quality development.

China Energy Engineering Hunan Institute and Jinsha County held a project promotion symposium
On April 17, Hunan Institute of Energy Construction of Power Construction Corporation of China and Jinsha County held a project promotion symposium. The meeting focused on the progress and future development plan of Hunan Institute's investment projects in Jinsha County, aiming to deepen government-enterprise cooperation. Zhao Fumei, chairman of the Jinsha County Political Consultative Conference and deputy secretary of the county government party group; Mao Zuxin, deputy secretary of the economic development zone party working committee; Liu Xia, nuclear energy committee consultant of Hunan Institute of Energy Construction of Power Construction Corporation of China; Cai Rui, executive general manager of the chemical engineering institute; and comrades from relevant departments attended the meeting.

Huang Tao, member of the Standing Committee of the Renhuai Municipal Committee and deputy secretary of the Party group of the municipal government, director of the Renhuai Economic Development Zone Management Committee; Chen Shengzuo, deputy director; Liu Xia, senior consultant of the Nuclear Energy Committee of China Energy Engineering Group Hunan Institute; Lin Zhiyong, Party secretary and general manager of the Chemical Engineering Institute; Cai Rui, executive general manager; Zhou Niannan, chief engineer and deputy general manager; and relevant responsible persons from the Carbon Neutrality Institute participated in the exchange.
