The two sides discussed cooperation on the 4,000‑ton‑per‑year nitrogen‑atomization aluminum and aluminum alloy powder project, as well as on follow-up projects. Relevant personnel from Hualai’s Project Management Department, Infrastructure Department, and Science & Information Department attended the meeting, which was chaired by Xie Lunshou, Deputy General Manager of Hualai.

Cai Rui first expressed his gratitude for the warm hospitality extended by Hualai Company, and provided an overview of the Chemical Engineering Institute, highlighting that, following its integration into China Energy Construction Group, the Hunan‑based subsidiary has entered a period of rapid growth. In recent years, the Institute has achieved continuous breakthroughs in core areas such as planning and consulting, design‑build contracting, scientific and technological research and development, and international operations, ushering in a new era of high‑quality development. The two parties engaged in an in-depth discussion on the current status of the “4,000‑ton nitrogen‑atomization aluminum and aluminum alloy powder project,” and affirmed that the Chemical Engineering Institute will provide full technical support and services to Hualai Company. They also expressed the hope that Hualai Company will continue to offer robust support in subsequent work and project development.

Xie Lun extended a warm welcome to Cai Rui and his delegation, while commending the Chemical Research Institute’s project team for its support to Hualai Company throughout the project’s implementation. He also highly praised the Institute’s strong technical expertise and robust execution capabilities in the aluminum powder sector. Furthermore, he pledged that, going forward, the Institute would provide full support and coordinated oversight to further advance collaboration among the Chemical Research Institute, Hualai, and China Aluminum Corporation. He emphasized that the “Guangxi Hualai New Materials Co., Ltd. 4,000‑ton‑per‑year nitrogen‑atomized aluminum and aluminum alloy powder project” represents China Aluminum Corporation’s first aluminum powder production line, underscoring the company’s high priority on both the project’s construction and its subsequent operations. He proposed that the two parties continue to strengthen their cooperative foundation, jointly explore downstream applications of electrolytic aluminum and aluminum powders, and expand opportunities for comprehensive, in-depth collaborative efforts. The two sides engaged in an in-depth discussion on the overall project schedule, clarifying near‑term tasks and relevant timelines.
