The project design employs the Institute’s proprietary “New Process—Engineering Design for Hydrogen Peroxide Production under Fully Acidic Working‑Liquid Conditions,” a low‑pollution production process endorsed by national policy. Located in Kolinzi, northern Sumatra, the project site represents a quintessential overseas chemical‑industry undertaking. The project commenced design in July 2021, completed construction and passed acceptance in January 2024, achieving successful first‑time commissioning. Over the past two years, the production line has operated with remarkable stability, delivering high‑quality products. Thanks to its advanced, intelligent technologies, the facility boasts lower production costs, strong economic returns, and notable environmental and energy‑saving benefits, making it a benchmark project in Indonesia’s hydrogen peroxide sector. It provides a model for green manufacturing within the country, driving industrial transformation and enhancing China’s international influence in the chemical industry.

Provincial Outstanding Design Industrial Engineering Project, Third Prize: “Bailingtianshou China Medical Development Center Project” It is a key construction project under the National Demonstration Base for Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and the world’s first high-tech enterprise specializing in personalized, custom‑made traditional Chinese medicine, as well as a state‑of‑the‑art production base for processed TCM herbs. The project incorporates cutting‑edge design principles and optimizes manufacturing processes, seamlessly integrating time‑honored TCM traditions with Industry 4.0 technologies. This enables end-to‑end traceability and full‑process compliance with GMP quality‑management standards, resulting in a modern, energy‑efficient, eco‑friendly, green factory. Completed and commissioned in April 2024, the facility has maintained stable operations for over a year, delivering high‑quality products and establishing a new closed-loop system in the TCM pharmaceutical sector. It has pioneered personalized, modern, and industrialized TCM services—“one formula per person” and “one dose per person”—yielding significant economic and social benefits.

Provincial Outstanding Design Industrial Engineering Project, Third-Class Award: “Hunan Weimo New Materials Co., Ltd. 11,500-ton-per-year New Materials Intermediate Production Facility Project (Phase I: 5,000 t/a o‑tert‑butylphenol and 2,000 t/a o‑isopropylphenol Construction Project)” As an off-site relocation project, the design process was informed by thorough research into the client’s existing facility and leveraged extensive experience to optimize the production workflow. By implementing a range of energy‑saving measures, the project achieved significant cost advantages. During construction, despite tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and a dynamic external environment, the design team provided robust on‑site guidance, ensuring timely and successful completion. Following commissioning, the project further strengthened the client’s market position for o‑tert‑butylphenol and o‑isopropylphenol both domestically and internationally.
