Visits by the Tongguan Chemical Industrial Park of the Wangcheng Economic Development Zone and its resident enterprises to the Institute of Chemical Industry for Work Exchange
On May 8, Peng Guoxiang, Director of the Tongguan Chemical Industrial Park Office of the Wangcheng Economic Development Zone, led a delegation that included Li Gang, General Manager of Hunan Meiya Rui New Materials Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and Wang Yahui, Head of the Engineering Department at Zhuzhou Shidai Huaxin New Materials Co., Ltd., along with other relevant officials, to visit the Institute of Chemical Industry. The delegation held discussions and coordinated efforts on the progress of key projects slated for entry into the park in the near term. Lin Zhiyong, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the Institute, Yuan Zhuqin, Assistant to the General Manager, as well as heads of relevant departments and project leaders, attended the meeting.

The meeting featured thorough exchanges and discussions on the preliminary work related to the Hunan Meiya Rui New Materials Project, the Shidai Huaxin Tongguan Project, and the Tongguan Pilot-Scale Testing Base Project, as well as on the plans for the next phase of work.
Peng Guoxiang expressed his gratitude for the long-standing professional technical support provided by the Institute of Chemical Industry to the Tongguan Chemical Industrial Park in the Wangcheng Economic Development Zone and to the construction and development of related projects within the park. He emphasized that this meeting focused on the principles of “efficiency and high quality” and put forward three key recommendations: first, align thinking and pool efforts; second, steadfastly uphold project schedule targets and clearly define project direction; and third, ground our work in delivering high-quality design outcomes and ensure the efficient and orderly advancement of all projects.
Lin Zhiyong, on behalf of the Chemical Engineering Institute, extended a warm welcome to the leaders of the park and its various enterprises, emphasizing that all project teams must deliver design work on time, to the required quality and quantity, and accelerate the project schedule. He underscored that the Institute has always regarded process quality as the cornerstone of corporate development, adhering to the principles of “safety-first design as the top priority, green design as the core philosophy, innovative design as the core competitive advantage, and smart design as the direction of future development.” The Institute is committed to continuously enhancing its technical expertise and service quality, so as to deliver results that fully satisfy both the park and the project owners.
