On the day of the event, young employees visited Qiu Jin’s former residence, the Qing Shuitang Industrial Heritage Site Museum, and the China Power Valley Exhibition Center, embarking on a youth‑oriented study tour that combined intellectual engagement with hands‑on experience. Experience the original aspirations and unyielding integrity of the revolutionary martyrs. At Qiu Jin’s former residence, visitors pause to pay homage to historical relics and listen to accounts of her revolutionary deeds. Through faded historical documents and meticulously recreated scenes, they deeply experience the patriotic spirit and revolutionary integrity of the “Jianhu Heroine,” who broke free from feudal constraints and devoted herself to the great cause of national salvation. This profound red‑education and spiritual renewal further strengthens their ideals and convictions, reinforcing their original aspirations and mission.

This fosters a deeper appreciation of the city’s industrial legacy and the broader trajectory of its development, strengthening their awareness and commitment to building a nation through industry and pursuing green growth.

Experience the allure of technological advancement in the new era. At the China Power Valley Exhibition Center, young employees gained a firsthand sense of the region’s formidable strength. Through model displays, multimedia interactions, and data visualizations, they gained a comprehensive understanding of the innovative breakthroughs and remarkable achievements across Zhuzhou’s three major power‑driven industries—rail transit, aerospace, and new‑energy vehicles. They also directly experienced the technological prowess of high‑end equipment manufacturing and the vibrant vitality of China’s national manufacturing sector, inspiring a renewed passion for their roles in design and a commitment to bold innovation and creativity.

This event seamlessly integrates red education, industrial culture, and technological experiences, thereby deepening ideological guidance while fostering youth exchange and alleviating work-related stress. Participants unanimously expressed their commitment to transforming what they have learned and reflected upon into motivation for action, staying grounded in their respective roles, honing their skills, and contributing their youthful energy to the high-quality development of the Chemical Engineering Institute with a spirited and proactive attitude.
