At the outset of the meeting, Lin Zhiyong, on behalf of the Institute of Chemical Engineering, extended a warm welcome to the Hubei Institute and provided a brief overview of the Institute’s development trajectory, its business scope, and its progress in market expansion, technology, and research. He emphasized that the Institute adheres to a development philosophy centered on leveraging technological leadership to build its brand and securing proactive market positioning through high‑value technical services, while continuously deepening its market presence. By using planning and consulting as a strategic lever and technological innovation as a key enabler, the Institute is striving to chart a new course for high‑quality enterprise development during the 15th Five-Year Plan period. Zhou Xinggang outlined the Institute’s market strategy and operational performance over the past few years, while Zhou Nannan presented an update on the Institute’s research and innovation efforts, as well as its practices in technical quality and safety management.
The meeting featured exchanges on strategic planning, technological innovation, market development, technical quality, production efficiency, and business collaboration. Heads of the relevant departments engaged in mutual learning, sharing best practices, and addressing areas for improvement in their respective management functions.
