At the exchange meeting, Zhou Yehua, on behalf of Hengdong Economic Development Zone, expressed a warm welcome to the delegation of the Chemical Industry Institute, briefly introduced the development and expansion of Hengdong Economic Development Zone (Chemical Industry Zone), and the Hunan Hengyang Green Alkali Industry Base project was launched and constructed in the Chemical Industry Zone. He particularly pointed out that the two sides had in-depth cooperation in the fields of safety rectification and upgrading and infrastructure construction in the Hengdong Chemical Industry Zone. The Chemical Industry Institute provided key impetus for the standardized construction of the park with professional technical support, for which he expressed high recognition and heartfelt thanks.

At the meeting, the two sides discussed the competitiveness evaluation of chemical parks, the creation of D-level parks, the division and management of safety control lines, and the construction of public corridors and three-level prevention and control systems, sorted out the difficulties and blockages item by item, and proposed targeted solutions. The participants conducted on-site inspections of the park and conducted on-site discussions to form a systematic modification plan for the optimization of closed management design and the delineation of the four-to-four ranges.
In his concluding remarks, Zhou Yehua emphasized that Hengdong Economic Development Zone will take this exchange as an opportunity to further strengthen its in-depth cooperation with the Chemical Industry Institute, focus on professional and technical issues, and "deeply collaborate" to effectively transform the all-round technical advantages of the Chemical Industry Institute into the development advantages of the park.
