At the exchange meeting, Zhou Yehua, on behalf of Hengdong Economic Development Zone, warmly welcomed the delegation from the Chemical Industry Institute, briefly introduced the development and expansion initiation of Hengdong Economic Development Zone (Chemical Industry Area), and the launch of the Hunan Hengyang Green Saline-Alkali Industry Base project in the Chemical Industry Area. He especially pointed out that both parties have conducted in-depth cooperation in areas such as the development planning of Hengdong Chemical Industry Area, safety improvement, and infrastructure construction. The Chemical Industry Institute has injected key momentum into the standardized construction of the park with professional technical support, which is highly recognized and sincerely appreciated.
Lin Zhiyong expressed gratitude for the trust and support of Hengdong Economic Development Zone. The Chemical Industry Institute will fully leverage its professional technical and talent advantages in the chemical industry to provide comprehensive technical support services for Hengdong Economic Development Zone (Chemical Industry Area) in overall planning, policy consultation, infrastructure construction, safety management, and other aspects, helping the park achieve high-quality development.
At the meeting, both parties discussed the competitiveness evaluation of the chemical park, the creation of D-level parks, the delineation and management of safety control lines, the construction of public utility tunnels, and the three-level prevention and control system. They sorted out difficulties and bottlenecks item by item and proposed targeted solutions. Participants conducted on-site inspections of the park, and for the work of closed management design optimization and boundary delineation, they held on-site discussions to form systematic revision plans.
In his concluding speech, Zhou Yehua emphasized that Hengdong Economic Development Zone will take this work exchange as an opportunity to further strengthen deep cooperation with the Chemical Industry Institute, focus on professional and technical issues for "deep collaboration," and effectively transform the comprehensive technical advantages of the Chemical Industry Institute into development advantages for the park.
This exchange effectively consolidated the consensus of both parties, further clarified the development ideas and cooperation priorities of Hengdong Economic Development Zone Chemical Industry Area, and laid a good foundation for deepening cooperation and scientifically planning the development direction of Hengdong Chemical Industry Area.
