Currently, the synthetic biomanufacturing industry is in a period of rapid development. All regions of the country are stepping up the layout of synthetic biomanufacturing industrial clusters and introducing relevant support policies to support the industry's leapfrog upgrade and development. Jinshi is in the process of synthesizing In terms of biomanufacturing industry, it already has a good industrial foundation, and has cultivated 14 biomanufacturing companies including Xinhe Xin, Lier Biology, Hongying Biology, Yinhang Biology, Hongjian Biology, and Muen Biology. It is a key area for Changde City to cultivate and develop the synthetic biomanufacturing industry. It plans to fully build a national biomanufacturing industry demonstration park, open up the "last mile" of technological achievement transformation, accelerate industrial agglomeration, and promote high-quality industrial economic development. The Chemical Industry Institute actively responded to the Jinshi Municipal Government's planning requirements and guiding opinions on the development of the biomanufacturing industry, and took the initiative to connect and repeatedly polish the details of the project plan, and cooperated with several optimizations and adjustments with a high sense of responsibility, relying on its technical strength in the field of chemical biomedicine to provide relevant technical support.
The total investment of this project is about 550 million yuan, covering an area of 384 mu, and the construction content includes: 10 standard factory buildings, 10 Class C warehouses, Class A warehouse 1, Class A warehouse 2, Class A tank farm and supporting auxiliary rooms 1, auxiliary rooms 2, 1# circulating water station, fire water station, 2# circulating water station, auxiliary rooms 3, auxiliary rooms 4, auxiliary rooms 5, auxiliary rooms 6, auxiliary rooms 7, machine room 1, machine room 2, sewage treatment and other facilities.
The implementation of the Jinshi Biomanufacturing "Accelerated Factory" design project is an important manifestation of the engineering design strength of the Chemical Industry Institute in the field of green biomanufacturing, and will inject strong momentum into the construction of a characteristic industrial ecology in the Jinshi Green New Material Industrial Park and the promotion of the large-scale development of the regional biomanufacturing industry.
