On February 25, the Chemical Engineering Institute held a launch ceremony for the "Horse Racing Conference" of Hunan Institute, along with a meeting for grassroots cadres' work reports.More than 30 people attended the meeting, including Party Secretary and General Manager Lin Zhiyong, Executive General Manager Cai Rui, Deputy General Manager Yang Fangwen, department heads, assistants to various directors, and professional group leaders.
Executive General Manager Cai Rui emphasized that the purpose of this meeting is to promote the spirit of the launch ceremony of the "Horse Racing Conference" of Hunan Institute in 2025 and to advance the reform and development of the Chemical Engineering Institute and the construction of the cadre team. It is necessary to implement the principles proposed by Li Yili, Party Secretary and Chairman of Hunan Institute, which are to always adhere to the "three sciences and five emphases," closely focus on the horse racing goals, and maintain precision in strategy, meticulousness in measures, and efficiency in execution. We should strive to reach new heights in innovating development models, exploring emerging markets, and breaking through core technologies, while also making efforts to strengthen team collaboration and enhance cohesion. He proposed that grassroots cadres should fully elevate their ideological framework, discuss management capabilities, maintain a humble attitude at all times, and emphasize the concept of cadre team building that prioritizes virtue.
At the grassroots cadres' work report meeting, a total of 19 assistants from various production departments and professional group leaders reported on their departmental and professional management work, production and operation tasks, team building, and personal achievements for 2024. They proposed improvement measures for personal growth and issues encountered in projects and work in 2024, and made plans and outlooks for work in 2025. Department heads provided constructive opinions and suggestions for the future work of their departments based on the content of the grassroots cadres' reports.
Deputy General Manager Yang Fangwen affirmed the various work of grassroots cadres over the past year. He pointed out that the youthfulness of the cadre team is an inevitable trend, and the future development of the company and individuals is closely linked. In a fiercely competitive market environment, grassroots cadres must keep pace with technological innovation and market development, manage production and personal development from a higher position with a holistic perspective.
Party Secretary and General Manager Lin Zhiyong summarized the speech, requiring the implementation of the spirit of the launch ceremony of the "Horse Racing Conference" of Hunan Institute and this work report meeting, to focus on implementation and promote development, guided by high goals and strong incentives, focusing on value creation, and promoting the high-quality development of the company. He put forward five requirements for grassroots cadres: first, to improve political literacy and strengthen ideological foundations; second, to enhance a sense of responsibility and be brave in innovation; third, to improve professional levels and strengthen job performance capabilities; fourth, to enhance communication and coordination, improving work efficiency; fifth, to pay attention to cultural construction and unite team efforts.
