On February 11, the Planning and Architecture Institute held a mobilization meeting for the start of 2025. The purpose of this meeting was to summarize the achievements of the past year, deploy the work arrangements for the new year, and inspire all employees to face new challenges with enthusiasm and confidence. General Manager Cai Rui attended to provide guidance, and the meeting was hosted by Director Li Zhenhua, with all employees of the Planning and Architecture Institute participating.
Li Zhenhua first conveyed the main spirit of the company's 2025 development seminar: 1. The company's operating situation is improving, and the progress of international business negotiations is smooth, laying a solid foundation for the operational and production work for the year. 2. The company plans to implement a new compensation system in the first half of the year according to the standards of Hunan Institute, assessing salaries based on job levels, emphasizing performance orientation, and formulating a corporate annuity plan to further improve employee benefits. 3. To adapt to market demands and the needs of reform and development, the company will adjust its organizational structure to enhance management levels. 4. All department employees need to further liberate their thoughts, change their work style, adapt to circumstances, and work hard. 5. All employees are encouraged to take responsibility, act proactively, refuse to "lie flat," firmly establish a sense of rules, and strictly prohibit engaging in amateur design in the workplace. 6. Regularly carry out project site exchange and learning activities to improve professional capabilities and service awareness, better solving problems for clients. Finally, everyone is required to seriously understand the spirit of the meeting and do their utmost to complete all work tasks.
Deputy Director Tang Jian supplemented with relevant requirements and specific measures for each specialty, focusing on quality control and strengthening the requirements for design depth and engineering thinking implementation. Chief Engineer Yang Cheng proposed clear requirements and specific work arrangements for quality control and training plans for the three specialties in 2025 from a technical perspective, emphasizing the need to continuously improve the team's professional quality and technical capabilities through ongoing learning and practice.
Employee representatives Li Kai, Xiao Feng, Yang Yinzhuo, and Chen Cheng spoke respectively. They conducted an in-depth summary of the problems encountered in their actual work and proposed practical solutions. This not only demonstrated the employees' proactive attitude but also showed their determination.
Finally, Cai Rui delivered a concluding speech. He emphasized that as managers and employees, one should possess both virtue and talent, with virtue taking precedence; prioritize career, and ensure job fit; increase experience and be willing to take responsibility.
