On February 9, to implement the spirit of the 2025 work conference of China Energy Construction Hunan Institute and promote the relevant work deployment of the Chemical Engineering Institute for 2025, and to open a new chapter in development for the new year, the Chemical Engineering Institute held a collective integrity talk with the discipline inspection commission secretary, a new year safety meeting, and a 2025 development seminar. More than 30 people participated in the meeting, including members of the leadership team of the Chemical Engineering Institute and heads of various departments, and the meeting was hosted by Executive General Manager Cai Rui.
Chief Engineer and Deputy General Manager Zhou Nianan emphasized atthe new year safety meeting, that we must always maintain a clear mind, establish a strong sense of crisis, tighten the string of safety management, and with a high sense of responsibility and mission, continuously promote the improvement of the safety management system and do a good job in all aspects of safety management. First, we must adhere to source governance and take practical measures to investigate and rectify risks and hidden dangers; second, we must adhere to sound systems and implement safety production responsibilities for general contracting projects; third, we must adhere to publicity and education, create a good atmosphere for safety production, and improve the safety awareness of all cadres and employees.
Discipline Inspection Commission Secretary, Deputy General Manager Yang Fangwen atthe collective integrity talk, put forward several requirements for all party members and cadres: first, to strengthen political stance and maintain ideals and beliefs; second, to improve job performance capabilities and strive to be responsible and capable talents; third, to strictly observe organizational discipline and integrity regulations, ensuring that there are lines in mind, not crossing the red line, and not crossing the bottom line.
At the Chemical Engineering Institute 2025 development seminar, various production and operation departments briefly reviewed their work in 2024, analyzed the main problems, proposed improvement measures, and made key work deployments for 2025 around the actual production management situation, management ideas, and team building of each department.
Executive General Manager Cai Rui expressed affirmation of the work reports and related deployments from each department. He emphasized that 2025 is the concluding year of the 14th Five-Year Plan and also a preparatory year for planning the start of the 15th Five-Year Plan. First, we must accelerate the construction of the talent team, prioritize virtue, dare to take responsibility, and be willing to contribute; second, we must carry out adaptive institutional and mechanism reforms for the Chemical Engineering Institute to meet the current development needs, and accelerate the high-quality development of the Chemical Engineering Institute with the concept of "performance as the hero"; third, we must enhance management innovation to strengthen production efficiency, firmly believe in reform and development, and promote development through reform.
Party Secretary and General Manager Lin Zhiyong summarized the speech. He stated that first, all departments should well promote the spirit of the Chemical Engineering Institute's 2025 work conference and this meeting, ensure good party conduct and integrity construction, and maintain the bottom line of safety production; second, all departments should implement and promote production in 2025, ensuring that the various deployments from the development seminar are implemented, closely following the pace of enterprise development; third, analyze the current production and operation situation of the Chemical Engineering Institute, hoping that all departments will adapt to the situation and open a new chapter in the development of the Chemical Engineering Institute in the new year; fourth, practical work should come first, seizing time and opportunities, starting with a sprint, focusing on action, and striving to write a new chapter in development for 2025.
