Aiming to achieve the annual production and operation goals, we are making every effort to sprint for the fourth quarter. The Chemical Institute continues to increase its market development efforts, signing multiple engineering design projects in the fourth quarter: three technological transformation projects for Ningxia Tianyuan Manganese Industry Group Co., Ltd., the construction project of drainage and flood control facilities in the eastern area of the second ring road in Hengyang city center, and the industrialization capacity construction project for high-performance protective materials of Hunan Aerospace Sanfeng Science and Technology Co., Ltd.
Three technological transformation projects of Ningxia Tianyuan Manganese Industry Group Co., Ltd.: (1) Energy-saving and emission-reduction renovation project of the liquid system for the annual production of 600,000 tons of electrolytic metal manganese (Phase I).This project mainly includes a set of 20,000 m3/day liquid system and public engineering, process pipeline, and external network design, including fire protection, production water external network, rain drainage external network, domestic water supply and drainage external network, electricity and heating external network, as well as process pipelines and process pipeline brackets; two sets of high-pressure roller mill units with a grinding capacity of 180 t/h and manganese slag drying system and auxiliary systems, mainly including the design work for the reconstruction of the supporting ore crushing station, batching station, finished product warehouse, slag drying facilities, power room, and connection with the ore transportation external network.(2) Energy-saving and emission-reduction renovation project of the liquid system for the annual production of 300,000 tons of electrolytic metal manganese.The project mainly includes a set of 20,000 m3/day liquid system and public engineering, process pipeline, and external network design, including fire protection, production water external network, rain drainage external network, domestic water supply and drainage external network, electricity and heating external network, as well as process pipelines and process pipeline brackets.(3) Relocation technological transformation project for the annual production of 80,000 tons of electrolytic metal manganese.The project mainly includes a production system for 80,000 tons of electrolytic manganese per year: the entire process flow and civil engineering design from the raw material powder warehouse to the electrolysis system, including fire protection, production water external network, rain drainage external network, domestic water supply and drainage external network, electricity and heating external network, as well as process pipelines and process pipeline brackets; a set of 7,000 m³/day liquid system (including liquid workshop, transfer filter workshop, purification, and liquid storage).
Construction project of drainage and flood control facilities in the eastern area of the second ring road in Hengyang city center.This project specifically proposes the construction of drainage and flood control facilities in the eastern area of the second ring road in Hengyang city center, aiming to eliminate urban waterlogging risk areas, eliminate blank areas in the urban pipeline network, eliminate some sewage direct discharge outlets, and achieve full collection of sewage, providing a scientific decision-making basis for the construction of drainage and flood control facilities in the eastern area of the second ring road in Hengyang city center, and proposing practical and effective solutions for the remediation of waterlogging risk areas in Hengyang.
Industrialization capacity construction project for high-performance protective materials of Hunan Aerospace Sanfeng Science and Technology Co., Ltd.This project completes the industrialization capacity construction project for high-performance protective materials (annual production of 50,000 tons of high-performance protective coatings), with a total construction area of 29,095.96 m².2Through this project, a one-stop production service base for a series of coating products such as anti-corrosion, camouflage, special, engineering machinery, and construction will be formed, meeting the needs for production, research and development, and testing of high-performance coatings, achieving an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons for various high-performance protective coatings.
