On September 11, Liu Hongchao, Chief Engineer and Deputy General Manager of China Energy Construction Hunan Institute, visited the Renhuai Economic Development Zone in Guizhou to exchange work with Lv Qianli, a member of the Party Working Committee and Executive Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the Renhuai Economic Development Zone. Senior Consultant Liu Xia, Chief Legal Advisor and General Manager of the Construction and Operation Company Li Lin, and Executive General Manager of the Chemical Institute Cai Rui also attended the meeting.
The two sides exchanged views on environmental protection, new energy, urban development planning, and other fields, reaching a preliminary consensus on cooperation. The next step will be to establish a long-term mechanism to accelerate the signing of the strategic cooperation framework agreement and the implementation of specific projects.
The Renhuai Economic Development Zone was established with the approval of the Guizhou Provincial Government in the context of implementing the two major strategies of strengthening the province's industry and promoting urbanization, aiming to achieve the strategic goal of 'one look and three builds'. The Renhuai Economic Development Zone is laid out as 'one zone with multiple parks', consisting of the National Liquor Industrial Park, Renhuai Famous Liquor Industrial Park, and the Modern Service Park of the Tan Factory. In recent years, the Renhuai Economic Development Zone has been guided by the work of creating a national-level economic and technological development zone, scientifically formulating plans, improving infrastructure, and rationally laying out industries. The development pattern of 'one zone and three parks' has gradually taken shape, with the overall economic volume steadily increasing, and it has developed into a first-class industrial park at the provincial level, a modern service industry gathering area at the provincial level, a 'billion-level demonstration cultivation park' at the provincial level, and a 'billion-level cultivation development zone' at the provincial level.
It is reported that several sauce liquor wastewater treatment projects in areas such as Huangping, Jinsha, and Chishui, invested in and operated by Hunan Institute, have successively started construction and production. The projects are currently under vigorous construction, and the sauce liquor wastewater treatment industry is in a leading position. The purpose of Liu Hongchao's visit to negotiate cooperation with the Renhuai Economic Development Zone is to further engineer and scale the technological advantages of Hunan Institute in related fields, promote the early implementation of relevant projects in the Renhuai area, create scale effects, and further enhance and consolidate the company's brand strength in Guizhou Province.
