On September 13-14, the Provincial Market Supervision Administration organized experts to conduct an administrative licensing appraisal and review of special equipment at the Chemical Engineering Institute. After two days of rigorous on-site audits, the Chemical Engineering Institute successfully passed the renewal review for the pressure pipeline (GA1, GA2, GB1, GB2, GC1, GC2, GCD) design license qualification. Party Secretary and General Manager Lin Zhiyong, Chief Engineer and Deputy General Manager Zhou Niannan, along with heads of relevant departments and pressure management design personnel, attended the review meeting.
The audit expert group conducted a rigorous and detailed inspection from three aspects: company resource conditions, quality assurance system, and design document quality, through listening to reports, on-site inspections, reviewing materials, and communication.
To ensure the smooth completion of the qualification review, the Chemical Engineering Institute established a qualification renewal leadership group, held multiple special meetings for deployment, formulated detailed work plans, and actively organized relevant business departments to jointly promote the implementation of the plans. During the review process, the expert group conducted a comprehensive examination focused strictly on the pressure pipeline design phase, highly praised the company's pressure pipeline design management system, technical specification compliance, and safety risk prevention capabilities. They unanimously agreed that the Chemical Engineering Institute meets the conditions for renewing the pressure pipeline design license, approved the review, and provided suggestions and recommendations for improving the company's future pressure pipeline design work.
The successful passing of this review marks the authoritative recognition of the Chemical Engineering Institute's professional capabilities in the field of pressure pipeline design, laying a solid foundation for the company's sustained high-quality development.
