From September 13 to 14, the Provincial Administration for Market Regulation organized experts to conduct an administrative licensing assessment and review of the Chemical Engineering Institute regarding its special equipment. After two days of rigorous on-site inspections, the institute successfully passed the renewal review for its pressure piping design license qualifications (GA1, GA2, GB1, GB2, GC1, GC2, GCD). Lin Zhiyong, Party Secretary and General Manager; Zhou Nannan, Chief Engineer and Deputy General Manager; along with heads of relevant departments and pressure management design personnel, attended the review meeting.
The expert review panel conducted a rigorous and meticulous inspection from three aspects—company resource conditions, the quality assurance system, and the quality of design documents—through methods such as listening to reports, on-site inspections, reviewing relevant materials, and engaging in open communication and exchanges.
To ensure the smooth completion of the qualification review process, the Institute of Chemical Engineering established a Qualification Renewal Leadership Group and organized multiple special meetings to make detailed arrangements. They formulated a comprehensive work plan and actively mobilized relevant business departments to collaboratively advance its implementation. During the review, the expert panel conducted a thorough examination strictly focused on the pressure piping design process, while also highly praising the company’s pressure piping design management system, adherence to technical standards, and capabilities in safety risk prevention and control. The panel unanimously concluded that the Institute meets all the necessary conditions for renewing its pressure piping design license upon expiration and approved the review outcome. Additionally, they provided constructive feedback and recommendations aimed at further enhancing the company’s future efforts in pressure piping design.
The successful completion of this review marks a significant milestone, as it officially recognizes the Chemical Engineering Institute's expertise in pressure piping design, laying a solid foundation for the company's sustained, high-quality growth.
