On November 21, the "Innovation and Change" seminar for engineering design enterprises, jointly organized by Tianqiang and China Machinery International, was successfully held in Changsha. More than 20 managers from engineering design enterprises in Hunan gathered to brainstorm and explore transformation paths. Sun Yu, Deputy Director of the Survey and Design Department of the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and Chen Fan, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of China Machinery International, delivered speeches at the event. He stated that a major reshuffle is a process of transformation and rebirth for the industry. For enterprises, it is necessary to reconstruct the business system, reorganize corporate capabilities, and reshape organizational logic and management potential.
