On December 5, Xiao Gaofeng, the Secretary of the Huangping County Committee, and Wang Guihong, the Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Huaihua Industrial Park, visited the Renhuai Huangjiao Gou sewage treatment project for research, with the participation of Cai Rui, the Executive General Manager of the Chemical Institute.
The construction project of the Renhuai Huangjiao Gou sewage treatment plant is a PC+O contracting project of the Chemical Institute. The project is located in Yuanmu Rock Village, Maotai Town, Renhuai City, covering an area of approximately 52.2 acres, with a daily processing capacity of 4000m³/d (3000m³/d of liquor wastewater and 1000m³/d of residential sewage). The design influent COD concentration is approximately 22000mg/L. The sewage treatment process flow includes: influent → coarse screen → membrane screen → primary sedimentation tank → homogenization tank → anaerobic feeding pump → two-stage IC anaerobic reactor → anaerobic sludge settling tank → A/O tank → secondary sedimentation tank → high-efficiency sedimentation tank → autotrophic denitrification tank → Fenton oxidation → ordinary rapid filter tank → disinfection tank → standard discharge. The project began construction in May 2023 and is nearing completion.
Xiao Gaofeng expressed high recognition of the construction of the Huangjiao Gou project, fully affirming the strength of the Chemical Institute in the field of liquor wastewater treatment and the responsibilities of central enterprises. At the same time, Xiao Gaofeng expressed hope for more cooperation between the two parties in the fields of environmental protection and urban development planning in the future.
