Recently, the Hunan Provincial Emergency Management Department announced the list of experts for the second session of Hunan Province's emergency management. 35 technical backbones, chemical experts, and senior engineers from the Chemical Design Institute were appointed, among which 32 individuals including Liu Yi, Zeng Qiaohong, Chen Min, Yi Liming, Tang Lin, and Xie Fancheng were appointed as safety production experts (chemical), while Kong Xiong, Yang Cheng, and Li Zhenhua were appointed as safety production experts (fireworks). This highlights the technical leadership and comprehensive strength of experts at the Chemical Design Institute in the chemical industry.
The expert application this time was conducted according to the relevant provisions of the 'Hunan Province Emergency Management Expert Management Measures' (Xiang Emergency Fa [2022] No. 13). The Hunan Provincial Emergency Management Department went through public solicitation, personal applications, unit recommendations, selection, and review processes, and finally announced the results. The Chemical Design Institute actively organized eligible experts to complete the application work.
