To further enhance communication, exchange, and collaborative teamwork among employees from various departments, and to support the final sprint of the fourth quarter in 2025, the Chemical Engineering Institute’s trade union organized a team-building activity titled "Voices of the Future, Building Dreams Together" on Saturday, November 15. All branch unions enthusiastically responded to the call, rallying nearly 180 employees to actively participate in this meaningful event.
Lin Zhiyong, Party Committee Secretary and General Manager, delivered a speech at the event, expressing his hope that this initiative would unite everyone's efforts, inspire bold competition, and rally the entire institute to make a strong push during the fourth quarter. He emphasized the importance of pooling collective strength to propel the Institute of Chemical Engineering toward new heights in 2025, both in production and operations, while also looking ahead to 2026—when the institute aims to usher in a fresh chapter of high-quality development.
This union event is divided into two parts: a "Campsite BBQ Party" and a "Grassland Music Festival." To better showcase the unique "lively and vibrant atmosphere" of the School of Chemical Engineering, the event features a self-service BBQ and cozy fireside chats, fostering closer connections among employees from different departments and disciplines, and highlighting the distinctive sense of community that defines our big family at the School of Chemical Engineering. Joyful songs and laughter mingle with bursts of fireworks, while clinking glasses and shared smiles fill the air with the delightful aroma of delicious food.

Music is often a tool that effortlessly harbors emotions, while also serving as the most natural bridge to connect people—and hearts—across distances. The inaugural "Grassland Music Festival" of the Institute of Chemical Engineering kicked off with great fanfare, drawing enthusiastic participation from colleagues of all sizes across different branches, each eager to share their deepest innermost feelings through song. A total of 25 "musical poets" presented us with 25 exquisite "emotional responses," weaving a tapestry of heartfelt melodies for everyone to enjoy.

As vibrant "flowers" blossomed one after another in the night sky, pushing the atmosphere of the evening to its peak, everyone embarked on their journey home amid lingering, unforgettable歌声.

The implementation of this special themed activity not only enriched the employees' cultural lives but also helped relieve work-related stress, fully showcasing the spirit of unity, determination, and forward momentum. It further strengthened the Institute of Chemical Engineering's sense of cohesion, solidarity, and belonging. Participants unanimously expressed their commitment to using this event as a stepping stone—actively enhancing communication and collaboration with colleagues in both their professional and personal lives, elevating their work standards and efficiency, and contributing to the institute's continued progress toward higher-quality development.
