On May 19, Guizhou Phosphate Group, together with China Energy Engineering Hunan Institute and several other units, held the first design coordination meeting for the Kaiyang County "Phosphorus-Sulfur-Titanium-Copper-Iron-Lithium-Fluorine" coupled cycle integration project. The meeting focused on breakthroughs in the key challenges of the project's current stage, reaching several consensus points on core issues such as the general layout, logistics and transportation, and the coordination of public utilities, laying a solid foundation for the high-quality advancement of the project. More than 40 people attended the meeting, including Liu Songlin, member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Phosphate Group; Wen Hui, Executive Deputy Group Leader of the Kaiyang Project Group/Chairman of Wengfu Dazhou; Liu Lifeng, Deputy Group Leader; Chen Zhongyang, Deputy General Manager of Kailiang Shares; and Cai Rui, Executive General Manager of the Chemical Engineering Institute, and relevant professional leaders from the general institute, who participated in the meeting and gave a keynote report.
At the meeting, Hunan Institute, as the overall design unit, systematically explained the overall planning ideas for the park and proposed three design principles: "intensification, synergy, and intelligence." Kang Wenbin first introduced the overall situation of the project, including the general layout, site leveling, public utilities, and cogeneration schemes. Cai Rui, on behalf of the general institute, stated that Hunan Institute will adhere to the principles of "design leadership, technological empowerment, and full-process escort," building a three-dimensional collaborative mechanism of "general layout-logistics-public utilities," and strive to make this project a national-level circular economy boutique project.
After the meeting, Luo Zhiqiang, member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of China Energy Engineering Hunan Institute, exchanged views with Liu Songlin, member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Guizhou Phosphate Group, accompanied by Liu Xia, senior consultant of Hunan Institute, and Cai Rui, executive general manager of the Chemical Engineering Institute. Luo Zhiqiang introduced the development background, strategic goals, and corporate culture of Hunan Institute, and expressed that Hunan Institute attaches great importance to cooperation opportunities with Guizhou Phosphate Group. He pointed out that Hunan Institute, relying on the advantages of China Energy's full industrial chain, has built an integrated service capability of "planning and design + investment and construction + intelligent operation," and will focus on the sustainable development of energy in Guizhou Province in the future, creating a new direction for the strategic upgrading of "rich ore fine mining."
Liu Songlin highly praised Hunan Institute's technical integration capabilities and emphasized that Phosphate Group, as a leading phosphate chemical enterprise in China, is accelerating its transformation into the new energy materials sector. Cooperation with Hunan Institute will achieve three-pronged synergy of "resource end + technology end + market end," especially in areas such as wet phosphoric acid purification, where there is enormous potential for technical coupling between the two parties, laying a good foundation for deeper cooperation between the two parties in the future.
