At 12:30 p.m., the Orange Isle campsite transformed into an “outdoor workshop,” as the Institute of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Sciences kicked off its first spring “collaborative experiment.” Slices of meat were laid out like pipelines, and temperature control was fine-tuned like adjusting parameters; as heat rose, the very hands that usually wield pens to draft blueprints now choreographed a precise “art of craftsmanship” on the grill.
This team-building competition featured four signature activities—“Fun Caterpillar,” “Pig‑Herd Race,” “Tetris,” and “Fun Challenges”—designed to strengthen organizational cohesion, Cohesion Team‑building activities. Starting at 2:00 p.m., the two-and-a-half‑hour session officially kicked off, with team‑based competitions designed to strengthen collaboration and foster a spirit of teamwork. Winning teams were determined based on their cumulative scores.
The setting sun bathes the Juzi Island in golden hues, and the event draws to a close amid laughter and cheerful chatter. The Xiangjiang River surges forward, carrying the passion of artisans; the spring breeze caresses the banks, softly echoing the vow to pass down the spirit of craftsmanship. This springtime gathering, blending professional expertise with childlike wonder, has not only strengthened the team’s bonds but, amidst the rigors of work, has also ignited a catalyst for innovation and breakthroughs.
