On March 17, the planning and architectural institute organized a first-quarter quality analysis meeting for the general plan, architecture, and structure departments, and conducted a comprehensive review and summary of the Jiangmen caustic soda project. On March 17, the Planning and Architecture Institute organized a first-quarter quality analysis meeting for general planning, architecture, and structural professionals, and conducted a comprehensive review and summary of the Jiangmen Caustic Soda Project.Executive General Manager Cai Rui attended and provided guidance. Yang Cheng first conducted a comprehensive review and summary of the Jiangmen Guangyue Electrochemicals Co., Ltd. 81,000-ton-per-year caustic soda relocation project, focusing on the coordination among design, on-site work, and different professional teams. 1. Regarding construction difficulties: Rebar was too dense to place anchor bolts, and the holes on beams were too large. 2. Regarding embedded parts: Some large embedded parts require overflow holes. 3. Regarding external scaffolding: For steel beams that are to be produced later, temporary support measures should be taken. 4. Regarding drawings: Some frequently occurring errors on drawings were identified. 5. Regarding collisions between professions: Problems caused by insufficient coordination between different professions were pointed out. 6. Regarding improvements: There is still room for optimization and improvement in the design, such as prioritizing narrow flange beams for steel scaffolding. In the future, we need to constantly strengthen engineering thinking, pay attention to various on-site issues, and focus on communication between different professions, so that we can do better and better on projects.
Cai Rui then fully affirmed the quality analysis meeting, stating that it had practical guiding significance. He also urged all employees to strengthen professional learning, share and exchange more, and pool their wisdom to comprehensively improve overall design levels and engineering experience, taking responsibility for the client, the project, the profession, and the company.
Finally, the meeting summarized and shared the review comments and external review comments from the first quarter's project design process. Participants engaged in discussions, shared their opinions, and eventually reached a unified standard practice and regulations for some of the comments.
This quality analysis meeting, by summarizing engineering project experience and strengthening professional learning, further strengthened engineering thinking and service awareness, inspiring the enthusiasm and initiative of all employees.
