In 2002, the Hunan Chemical Industry Design Institute and the Hunan Pharmaceutical Design Institute underwent asset restructuring and merged to form the Hunan Chemical and Pharmaceutical Design Institute.
In April 1993, obtained the Class A certificate for chemical, construction, and petrochemical engineering design issued by the Ministry of Construction (certificate number 1801021); Class B certificate for pharmaceutical, light industry, and municipal design (certificate number 1801022); Class B certificate for engineering geology and engineering surveying (certificate number 1801027); Class A qualification certificate for general contracting (certificate number Jian Cheng Jia Zi 1802).
In June 1970, the Design Institute of the Hunan Provincial Department of Light Industry and Chemical Industry was divided into the Hunan Chemical Industry Design Institute and the Hunan Provincial Light Industry Design Institute. Our institute is located at No. 11 Yuhua Road, Changsha City.
In September 1960, the Design Office of the Hunan Provincial Department of Light Industry and the Design Institute of the Hunan Chemical and Petroleum Industry Bureau merged to establish the Hunan Provincial Design Institute of Light Industry and Chemical Engineering, located at No. 125, Wuyi West Road, Changsha City.
In September 1958, the Design Office of the Hunan Chemical Petroleum Industry Bureau was established, and in early 1959, the Design Institute of the Hunan Chemical Petroleum Industry Bureau was established, located at 90 Huangxing South Road, Changsha City.
