学习会上，重点学习了习近平总书记《在党的群众路线教育实践活动会议上的讲话》和《在全国组织工作会议上的重要讲话》及《论群众路线》重要论述。谢路国院长、书记进一步强调学习的重要性和必要性，对各支部和部门提出了具体要求：规定的动作要打满分，自选动作要打高分，学习生产两不误。

学习会上，方忠主任进一步阐述了群众路线教育实践活动的主要内容：为民务实清廉；总体要求：“照镜子、正衣冠、洗洗澡、治治病”；目标任务：聚焦“四风”即形式主义、官僚主义、享乐主义、奢靡之风。要求干部不但要认真学习规定必学的书籍，还要学学历史唯物主义、辨证唯物主义书，树立正确的世界观、价值观和人生观。

The Institute of Chemical Engineering has successively signed design contracts for projects including the Fujian Zijinlong Chemical‑Metallurgical Reagent Project, the Pujie Fragrance (Hunan) Tongguan Project, and the Industrial Wastewater Treatment Project in the Kaiyang County Industrial Park in Guizhou.
