Architectural College 2026 Kick-off Mobilization Meeting & Post-Holiday Mind-Set Recovery Meeting
Spring ushers in a new journey, and practical action paves the way for long-term success. On February 26, the Architecture Division held its 2026 kickoff mobilization meeting combined with a post-holiday recentering session. The meeting comprehensively summarized the achievements of 2025, laid out key tasks for 2026, and guided all employees to quickly refocus, realign their efforts, and muster collective strength, ensuring they enter the new year fully energized and ready to tackle their work with enthusiasm. The meeting was chaired by Li Zhenhua, Director of the Architecture Division. Lin Zhiyong, Party Secretary and General Manager; Cai Rui, Executive General Manager; and Yuan Zhuchin, Assistant to the General Manager, attended the meeting to provide guidance. All staff members of the Architecture Division participated in the meeting.

On February 26, the Architecture Branch held its 2026 kickoff mobilization meeting combined with a post-holiday recentering session. The meeting comprehensively summarized the achievements of 2025, laid out key tasks for 2026, and guided all employees to quickly refocus, realign their efforts, and unite as one, fully prepared to embark on the new year with high energy and enthusiasm. The meeting was chaired by Li Zhenhua, Director of the Architecture Branch. Lin Zhiyong, Party Secretary and General Manager; Cai Rui, Executive General Manager; and Yuan Zhuchin, Assistant to the General Manager, attended the meeting to provide guidance. All staff members of the Architecture Branch participated in the meeting.

At the mobilization meeting, Li Zhenhua briefly reviewed the progress of departmental work during the Spring Festival. Despite taking a break during the Spring Festival, the team continued working diligently, using practical actions to kick off the new year. At the same time, he clearly outlined specific task objectives and proposed concrete measures for carrying out the work in the coming year. Deputy Director Tang Jian of the sub-institute made supplementary remarks on aspects such as specialty development and team cohesion.
Yuan Zhuchin put forward specific requirements for the department’s work, emphasizing the need to improve work efficiency, reduce internal friction, and achieve the annual output value target.
Cai Rui fully affirmed the department’s achievements over the past year. At the same time, he provided a detailed explanation on aspects such as output value targets, requirements for project leaders, training plans, and project excellence reporting, emphasizing the need to benchmark against industry leaders, enhance professional capabilities, and proactively adapt to the competitive industry environment.
Lin Zhiyong delivered a concluding speech, welcoming the convening of this mobilization meeting, which has achieved the goal of uniting hearts and minds and getting off to a flying start. Drawing on the current industry situation, he urged employees to remain confident, elevate their ideological awareness, pay close attention to detailed design and effective communication, build brand advantages through high-quality service, and ensure that all departmental tasks are truly put into practice. 
This meeting serves both as a mobilization session and a refocusing one. The Architecture Institute will further align its thinking, clarify its goals, unite its efforts, and harness full energy to contribute to the Chemical Engineering Institute’s leapfrog development in 2026.
