On October 10, 2017, the meeting room of the fifth floor of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission held a meeting for the management of three related research institutes. Provincial Science and Technology Commission Regulations Department, Property Rights Department, Reform Department and other related departments and related companies have attended the meeting.
The meeting was chaired by the Director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. The Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission highly respects the ideas of various research institutes and fully considers the operation of the main business of each enterprise, and transfers the three research institutes including our institute to the relevant groups of the SASAC. Among them, our institute entrusted the supervision of Xiangtou Holding Group, and the Machinery Industry Design Institute entrusted the supervision of Hunan Agricultural Group. The First Industrial Design and Research Institute entrusted Hunan Xingxiang Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. to supervise. At the meeting, the relevant documents of the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission for the transfer of supervision were read out. The leaders of the scientific research institutes and the leaders of the transfer group made speeches and statements on the transfer work.
Finally, Deputy Director Yang Ping of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission made a concluding speech. Deputy Director Yang put forward four requirements for the transfer of the research institute: 1. The transferred enterprises will complete the handover as soon as possible, and handle the transfer of property rights. 2. Transfer the enterprise to complete the enterprise reform and restructuring tasks as soon as possible. 3. The three research institutes should maintain the stability of the enterprise and ensure safety during the handover process. 4. All group companies responsible for supervision should give full play to their advantages, provide a good platform and support for scientific research institutes, and promote the further development of research institutes.
