Lin Zhiyong, the general manager and deputy secretary of the party committee, made a speech. He asked all branches to do a good job in party building, strengthen the integration of party building work and production and operation work, and truly learn to think, learn, and be more firm in their ideals and beliefs, better transform the learning achievements into the motivation of the executives and entrepreneurs. He pointed out that Chairman Li Yili’s report had greatly inspired people and put forward a strategic idea for the future development of our institute. It also urged our institute of chemical engineering to accelerate the pace of development; the institute’s party building studies should be normalized. In addition to completing prescribed actions of party construction, it is necessary to increase the relevant learning content closely related to the production and operation of the institute to further increase communication and promote the development of the Institute of Chemical Industry, so that young people could see hope, and the old comrades would not be discouraged. The Institute of Chemical Industry must speed up the company's engineering transformation., accelerate technology research and development and build a matching talent team. For how to effectively enhance the company’s execution ability, requirements are put forward: first, we must improve our position; second, we must take responsibility and strive to be an excellent example; third, we must grasp the implementation strictly and form lasting execution and implementation capabilities; fourth, we must be mindful and sentimental, and do a good job of planning beforehand, tracking during the process and summarizing afterwards.
